Stretford has a proud history of water polo, with the club having won numerous national titles in the 1980s and 1990s.
Juniors
Our junior section is open to boys and girls aged from 7-16, and aims to provide a safe environment for players to make new friends, have fun, improve their fitness and learn to play a new team sport. New members should be able to swim at least 25m using a recognised stroke when they start, and as they develop they will have opportunities to play matches in local leagues in our Under-12, Under-14 and Under-16 teams. Senior men
Our senior section is for more experienced players, who have previously played junior water polo. The team compete in the Bolton and District league and cup competitions throughout the year. Anyone interested in joining the senior section should contact our senior coach on swpc@stretfordasc.com
